Terms of Service

LocalLaunch SA provides a hosted website builder for local service businesses. The selected plan controls page limits, editing assistance, version history, and other included features.

Locked previews are provided to help you choose a website direction. They may not be copied, downloaded, published, or used before a plan is activated. A preview is not a finished or published website.

Website plans are charged monthly for each active website. The first payment activates the plan. Until automated recurring billing is available, each renewal may require a new secure payment. We will show the amount before payment and will not charge an unapproved extra amount.

You may cancel a monthly plan before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. When a plan expires, publishing and the live website may be suspended. We aim to retain website data for 90 days after suspension so the plan can be reactivated, but you should keep copies of important business content and images.

Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and the website editor are included while the plan is active. Domain registration and renewal are separate unless explicitly stated. If you already own a domain, you must provide the access or DNS records needed to connect it.

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information, legal permissions for photos and logos, real reviews, and any required industry-specific claims or compliance wording. You are responsible for checking generated or edited content before publishing it.

Your supplied business content remains yours. LocalLaunch SA retains ownership of the website builder, renderer, reusable layouts, and platform code. Source-code export and external hosting are not included in the standard plans.

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or abusive content. We may suspend a website that creates a legal, security, payment, or platform risk.

We aim to keep hosted websites available and backed up, but no online service is completely uninterrupted. We do not guarantee sales, enquiries, revenue, search rankings, or a specific business result.
