These terms explain how LocalLaunch SA provides website concepts, trial websites, hosted website plans, domains, tools and support.

Accounts and customer responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate business, contact, billing and domain information.
- You must have permission to upload photos, logos, reviews, menus, prices, copy and other materials.
Website setup and concepts
- After setup, LocalLaunch SA prepares 5 website concepts based on your business details and chosen plan.
- Website concepts are for choosing a direction. They are not a finished paid website until selected and activated.
- You must check all business claims, pricing, services, opening hours, reviews and compliance wording before publishing.
30-day trial websites
- The selected website may be tested for 30 days on a LocalLaunch trial address.
- Trial websites may include LocalLaunch branding, trial limits, noindex settings and no custom domain.
- If the trial is not activated, the public trial may be suspended after expiry while remaining recoverable for a limited period.
Plans, fees and payments
- Monthly plans are Starter R299/month, Business R499/month and Premium R799/month.
- Monthly activation fees are Starter R499 once-off, Business R999 once-off and Premium R1,999 once-off.
- Yearly options are Starter R3,490/year, Business R5,990/year and Premium R9,990/year with setup included.
- Failed payments may pause publishing, custom domains, support or public website access until resolved.
Domains, DNS and SSL
- Domains are separate unless a written offer clearly says otherwise.
- Domain availability is never guaranteed until registration succeeds and payment is confirmed.
- Customers remain responsible for truthful registrant details, renewal decisions and transfer requests.
- LocalLaunch SA may manage DNS and SSL setup, but domain ownership and renewal responsibility must remain clear.
Publishing, hosting and tools
- Hosted websites include hosting and SSL while the plan is active.
- Publishing may be blocked if required details are missing, payment is inactive, content is unsafe or legal terms are not accepted.
- Website tools such as WhatsApp, forms, analytics, maps, social links and tracking pixels depend on third-party providers and customer consent responsibilities.
Cancellations, refunds and support
- Cancellations and refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Support limits are explained in the Support Policy and do not include unlimited done-for-you work.
- Extra pages, custom work, advanced SEO, ads, email inboxes, Google Business Profile work and integrations are separate unless included in writing.
No guarantees and liability
- LocalLaunch SA does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, Google rankings or business growth.
- No online service can promise uninterrupted availability, but reasonable hosting, backup and recovery controls are used.
- We may suspend websites or accounts that create legal, security, payment, abuse or platform risk.
These plain-language policies are operational guidance for LocalLaunch SA and customers. They should be reviewed by a qualified South African attorney before high-volume processing.
