Prohibited content and activity
- Illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing or abusive content.
- Fake reviews, false claims, misleading prices, spam, phishing, malware or unsafe downloads.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, image rights or other permissions.
- Trying to bypass trial limits, remove required trial branding or access another customer's data.
Uploads and website tools
- Uploaded files must be lawful, relevant and safe.
- Customers may not upload malware, executable scripts or content designed to attack visitors or providers.
- Raw custom code is not allowed in the public V1 service unless LocalLaunch SA explicitly approves it.
Suspension
- LocalLaunch SA may suspend websites, trials or accounts that create legal, security, payment or platform risk.
- Serious abuse may lead to termination, deletion after retention periods and reporting to relevant providers or authorities.
